Scott Komula is a seasoned construction professional with over 30 years of experience delivering complex projects in the life sciences, pharmaceutical, and advanced technology sectors. Since joining BNBuilders in 2021, he has led business development efforts for the firm’s Denver region, with a focus on Life Sciences and cGMP markets.
As a Senior Project Manager, Scott plays a central role in driving strategic growth and operational leadership. He works closely with owners, designers, and trade partners to align teams from preconstruction through turnover—ensuring projects meet the highest standards for quality, performance, and client value. Known for his collaborative approach and deep technical knowledge, Scott is a trusted partner on projects that demand precision and innovation.
