Allan Glass is the Executive Vice President of Life Sciences at NexCore Group. He leads a team of highly skilled professionals to provide state-of-the-art labs, offices, manufacturing facilities, and other supporting facilities and infrastructure to the science and technology industries.
With over $2 billion in market transactions over the last three decades, Allan has transformed dilapidated, functionally obsolete, or underperforming assets into newly realized facilities across the country.
Allan enjoys helping people and solving problems. Working with science-focused companies allows him to do both. To Allan, developing life sciences spaces goes beyond the development, transactions, and deals and feels honored to support the scientists willing to dedicate their lives to feeding, fueling, and healing humanity.
In order for life sciences clusters to grow, functional and affordable graduation lab space needs to be available for startups emerging from academic labs and incubators. We’ve designed the HATCHspaces® platform to be just that. Our goal is to build innovation clusters by helping science and technology entrepreneurs connect and collaborate with anchor institutions and industry advocates.
