Breaking ground in 2024 and completing in Q1 2026, the 112,000 SF project strategically positions itself in the city’s core, close to amenities, RTD’s Boulder Junction Depot Square Station, and a 45-minute drive from Denver International Airport. This cutting-edge office and lab building supports breakthroughs in diverse fields, meeting Bio Safety Level 1, 2, and 3 requirements with a 16’-4’floor-to-floor and 4,000 MIPS baseline. Alongside its advanced facilities, the project offers communal spaces, wellness rooms, conference rooms, outdoor terraces, an on-site café, gym, jogging path, and electric charging stations. Committed to sustainability, it features a solar energy array, geothermal exchange system, and a highly efficient envelope, underscoring its dedication to innovation and environmental responsibility.
