Reilly Williams: Building Entirely Well, Backed by Colorado’s Health Innovation Community
When Reilly Williams founded Entirely Well, she set out to transform women’s health by developing microbiome-supportive products that prevent bacterial vaginosis (BV) and yeast infections. The company’s first product—a scientifically formulated prebiotic lubricant—fosters Lactobacilli dominance, maintains vaginal pH, and inhibits pathogenic overgrowth. It is part of a pipeline designed to expand access to effective, over-the-counter solutions for millions of women worldwide.
Williams researched 13 states before selecting Colorado as the place to grow her company. She was drawn by affordable lab space, access to top research institutions, and a strong culture of founder support. She learned about the state’s advantages through the Colorado Hub for Health Impact national economic development campaign attracting life sciences companies, talent, and investment to Colorado. “Everything you need is here in Colorado, where you will be heard, seen and supported,” she says. “That’s so important for entrepreneurs at any stage.”
Since relocating, Entirely Well has already secured a $250,000 Advanced Industries Accelerator Grant from the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade and earned a spot in the 2025 Innosphere Life Sciences Incubator. Those milestones validate the company’s science and open doors to investors, mentors, and partners eager to back women’s health innovation.
“Since we’ve moved here, I feel like we’ve been strapped to a rocket,” Williams says.
Colorado’s life sciences community continues to elevate companies like Entirely Well. With a pipeline of talent from leading universities, lab and office space ready for growth, and an ecosystem that values collaboration, entrepreneurs find the support they need to scale.“Reilly Willilams represents the future of women’s health innovation,” says Elyse Blazevich, President & CEO of Colorado BioScience Association. “She brings relentless drive and personal passion to building Entirely Well, and Colorado’s ecosystem is backing her every step of the way. We’re proud the Colorado Hub for Health Impact national economic development campaign helped attract Entirely Well to Colorado and look forward to the breakthroughs Reilly and her team will deliver for patients.”
