Sun Construction Partners with LightDeck to Build State-of-the-Art Diagnostics Facility in Longmont
Sun Construction recently served as the design-assist/Construction Manager-General Contractor partner for LightDeck’s cutting-edge diagnostics facility in Longmont. The project transformed 65,680 square feet of existing space into ISO-8 standard clean manufacturing areas, labs, cold storage, and office space. Driven by federal funding timelines, the project expedited design and construction, allowing LightDeck to start operations in September 2022, just nine months after construction began.
This new facility contributes to the essential purpose-built real estate inventory supporting the growth and success of bioscience in Colorado.
